Shakira Y El British Prime Minister Have A Nice Chat
4/22/08- Shakira called up the Prime Minister of England and chatted by phone in support of an effort heralding the need for universal education by 2015. Right now it is estimated 300 million children worldwide are missing out on much needed schooling. No stranger to helping children, Shakira's Pies Descalzos foundation has been raising funds for Colombia's neediest kids for years.
La Shaki's has also campaigned as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in several countries to help needy children.
