The trio, made up of Nina (vox, guitar) and Phanie (drums) Diaz and Jenn Alva (bass) is gaining considerable notoriety as they have been championed by their heroes (Joan Jett signed them on the spot and Morrissey hand-picked them to join his 2007-08 US and European tours). Additionally estas Latinas have been featured in Latino outlets around the nation.
