Shakira For Obama Y'all
La Colombiana with one name announced this week she'll be supporting Barack Obama for el Presidente. She like many other celebrities have come out recently and made their support known for their prefered political candidate. Obama in response told the press he was honored to receive Shakira's vote of confidence. I say very interesting.
Does anyone know if Shakira is actually an American citizen? If she's still Colombiana, then she can't vote here. It's really interesting actually, and here I go off on another subject, but a friend of mine in Candad just wrote and said "did you know there's an election coming up here in Canada?" I said no. She said, well actually I'm following the American vote much more closely anyways...
