Don's new album has topped the charts and is
considered the most popular album on I-Tunes Latino.
Who
is Don Omar? For those of you not familar with his music...he's a
singer-song writer, as well as a composer, and CEO. He hails from Puerto
Rico. His last album, “The Last Don” hit the charts and has done very
well, selling over one million copies according to his website. In 2003
he received the award for “Latin Pop Album of the Year” and “New Artist and
Latin Hip-Hop Album of the Year” from Billboard Latin Music Awards.
He recently spoke about his new success, especially
his popularity on the internet saying: “I want to give my fans the chance to
see me as accessible as a click of a button.”
