McCain5/19/08- Yes I know, we all live in a great loving racial melting pot, and we all live in harmony…(My astrologer says this will really happen in the year 2112… promise..wink)

Ok, it's reality speaking here, now let's all step back and think…who will Hispanic vote if it comes down to it and it's an Obama and McCain race in November?

The Hispanic voter turnout… what turn out?  Alot of Hispanic voters are going to stay home, not vote, and pray for one of my fellow columnist's, Nitza Perez's 3 Miracles.

Hispanic disenfranchisement? Perhaps, unless Obama or McCain pour a lot, and I mean a whole lot of money and effort into the Hispanic vote.  It's likely the California superdelegates millions won't be enough here.

Obama is sure to capture the African-American vote, and those Americans ready for a change.  McCain, will capture voters interested in safety, the war, and experience.

But Hispanics?

ObamaMany Hispanics have the immigration issue on their mind… and neither candidate has adequately addressed, their stance on the issue.  McCain, who once supported immigration reform…now…well he is waffling on the issue and talking border security these days.  What about Obama?  Well what about Obama?  His immigration stance… can someone remind me what his immigration stance is?  Yeah…not memorable.

Who to trust? Who to believe in?  Both of these senators have come a long way however, to capture the Hispanic vote… they still have quite a trail to tread.
