Empanada Fork by Hipatia Lopez
Making empanadas, turnovers, calzones and other filled pastries is a lot of fun! But it can also be very time consuming when it comes to sealing the pockets/pastries.
Introducing the ‘Empanada Fork’ to the rescue!
Hipatia Lopez of New Jersey invented the ‘Empanada Fork’ in 2010 when preparing empanadas over the Thanksgiving holidays. Closing 100 empanadas with a fork was time consuming! So Hipatia developed the prototype for what is now the Empanada Fork.
Empanada Forks make sealing all types of empanadas, turnovers and other filled items easy! It’s a sturdy utensil which is a great addition to any kitchen. Note, the Empanada Fork may also be used for mashing foods as well.
The Empanada Fork is made of stainless steel with a soft handle which makes it easy to use.
