3/7/07- Sr. Alejandro is from California, Peru, or really everywhere, he describes himself as a “citizen of the world”.  Alejandro writes a food blog focusing mainly on the foods, recipes, and restaurants of Peru.  The blog includes lots of colorful commentary along with great pictures. He updates the site regularly so you can always count on new content. 

Recipes in the blog include: papas a la huancana (potatoes In a spicy cheese sauce), Pisco sours (yum), etc.  If you are headed to Peru anytime soon or just interested in Peruvian food, be sure to check out the blog.  It’s gotten hits from all over the world, and has some beautiful pictures to go along with the reviews.
