berlinlife06:I hardy ever cook rice, but when I do, I make some kind of "rissotto" which is a rice with veggies, or tuna, ot whatever you want to put in it, and it is a bit more watery. It is topped with cheese and it tastes great!
Same here... unless it's an ingredient in another dish, I rarely make it. I *do* like jasmine rice but I don't buy that very often either. The most usage for me is when I make something that gets served over top of rice.
