Today is the day that Obama is to appear with his running mate. If I make any predictions I know it will be wrong. All evidence to the contrary, a little voice in me says it is to be Hillary. Bet I'm wrong!

Told you I would be wrong! Joe Biden is Obama's choice, and I think he made a fine one. Biden is one of the Senators that don't have a house in the DC area; rather he takes the train to and from the Senate. He has been in the Senate for 36 years and has headed such important chairs as Foreign Affairs. For a man to be in the Senate for 36 years and not become rich from it is an amazing fact in itself!
