I never got a chance to visit a hispanic restaurant. I would check it out when I happen to visit LA, thanks for providing the link.

Anybody traveling through Eugene, Oregon should try a nice restaurant on 11th street called Los Jaliscos. Their food is tasty, the atmosphere is nice, and on weekends a guitarist goes from table to table and plays your requests.

If you are driving up highway 101 and reach Florence, Oregon, there is a very nice restaurant called Atzlan. The food is very authentic and is run by some really fine folks.

Here in Atlanta, there are a few good places.

The closest thing I've found to my hometown of Chicago's style of burrito is Willy's (which can probably be found in any major city), and Los Reyes is a little chain as well but I'm not sure if it's local.

 The best bake shop is hands down: La Suprema, two major locations, one on the corner of Cobb Parkway (Highway 41) and Roswell Road in Marietta Ga, and further up Roswell Rd is its smaller store. They have beautiful cakes and treats, and all our favorites. I like the jelly rolls, my mom likes their conchas. They even have rice pudding! 

I've yet to find an incredibly impressive Hispanic restaurant, but I have my favorites at each mom and pop place.
