• Re: Internet based business

mollyL: My husband bought some JFK memorabilia from a guy on Ebay and got a very good deal. A week after the stuff was deliviered, the guy sent my husband a check for $2.50 because he'd charged him too much for shipping charges. I guess if you have the luck to deal with an honest person it's ok. Wow, that is truly impressive. ...

  • Re: Internet based business

chocoguy:I got my very first store at Amazon. You dont need to own the products that you are going to sell with them. All you have to do is to drive some customer to them and then you will get some money out of the transaction. I'm not understanding how this would work for you, Chocoguy... how can you have a store if you don't have a product to ...

  • Re: Mini Vacation This Weekend!

mollyL:A couple of months ago, my husband took me to the city to a very chi-chi restaurant that has really great food. We had a wonderful cheese and fruit platter (my fave dish of theirs) and then a lovely pasta with mushrooms and grilled veggies. For dessert a chocolate ganache. We listened and danced to the music, soaked in the ambiance, and ...

  • Re: Mini Vacation This Weekend!

chocoguy: Come to think of it, I havent been able to do anything like that since I decided to work from home. I think that I will have something like this one of this time. Go for it, chocoguy! That is always a big problem of mine, too... when we work in the outside world, it seems a whole lot easier to ''take a couple of days ...

  • Re: What's the Lastest Most Delicious Celebrity Gossip?

mollyL:Well, Paris Hilton made a little video to rebut the commercial McCain made using her image. She has decided that that;) must mean she's also running for president. It's pretty funny. she's lounging in a bathing suit and talking about her energy plan. She keeps calling McCain ''old wrinkly guy'' and ''old white haired guy''. Ah yes, ...

  • Re: What do you put in/on your rice?

mollyL:One way I like to spice up rice is to drop a boullion, as powder or cube into the water as it is boiling. Any kind of boullion is good, I think. As a vegetarian I use beef flavour or chicken flavour. You can use veggie, onion, or whatever else you want. The rice comes out tasting great. That sounds like a very good idea. I have ...

  • Re: Are work at home online business scams?

chocoguy:Some of the sure way to get a job online is by applying at sites like Getafreelance, Nerdlance, and Scriptlance. Although they are just temporary but if you do your job very well you might end up finding a lot of work. Some of those places end up offering more work in the future, yes. Writing is a ''real'' job, so money can be ...

  • Re: Heading for a Depression?

mollyL:It doesn't say much for the collective IQ, I guess. People really care about Britney and Paris, but couldn't tell you the first thing about current events or politics. Kind of scary. I've had some marvelous conversations about the economy, politics, and especially current events with a number of very intelligent and professional people ...
