Wow, fascinating ideas, I'd never thought about the reasons people hire hispanic construction workers over others. Sigh...it breaks my heart to see all these hermanos and hermanos working like crazy at menial jobs for such poor pay, and greating treated horribly.  It is so sad, and troubling.
