Choosing a lipliner depends on what lipstick you are wearing.  Experts say the best way to choose a lipliner is to select one that is the color of the lipstick you are wearing, or your natural lips.  I like lipliner a lot because it keeps my lipstick from bleeding, and often makes my lips look bigger.
